Refund policy

Because each product from Slay Embroidery is custom-made and hand-stitched with care, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order is damaged during shipping or there’s an issue with quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We’ll be happy to review the situation and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Please note: We cannot accept returns for items customized with names, initials, or specific embroidery patterns chosen by the customer.
